We are all evolving…

My next evolution is beginning to share my voice through podcasting as I combine my desire to help others, share wisdom, and inspire others to find their own unique path to self-leadership.

We can not escape the chaotic times we are living in, but we can learn to quiet the noise and hear our own truth.

i will be combining my experience of working with the human body, my own lived experiences and what I have discovered over the past 5 years around Human Design, Astrology, Gene Keys and The Medicine Wheel to bring more practicality to spirit practices, open our awareness and understanding to more of who we are and what we are capable of and how we interact with others through the natural cycles of life.
